Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the services offered by the Château de Beauchamp: bed & breakfast, weddings, seminars, filming and events. These services are provided by Noray Conseil & Stratégie (SASU – société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle, RCS 943 835 694 R.C.S. Le Mans), operator of the estate. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. Booking

Bed & breakfast bookings can be made directly (by email, phone or form) or via our partner platforms (Booking, Airbnb). For weddings, seminars and events, a personalized quote is drawn up then confirmed by signing a contract and paying a deposit.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. Room rates appear on our booking platforms. Event services are subject to a named quote. Where applicable, the VAT is specified on the quote.

3. Deposit & payment

For event services (weddings, seminars, events), a deposit is payable on signing the contract. Its amount, the payment schedule and accepted payment methods are specified on the quote and contract; the balance is settled according to the terms set out therein.

4. Cancellation & modification

The cancellation and modification conditions (deadlines and possible refunds) are specified in the quote and contract provided to you before any confirmation. For bookings via Booking or Airbnb, each platform's own cancellation conditions apply.

5. Capacity & house rules

The number of guests received may not exceed the agreed capacity. Clients undertake to respect the premises, the neighbourhood and the house rules provided on site.

6. Liability & insurance

The Château de Beauchamp cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the premises. A deposit and/or proof of public liability insurance may be required for certain services; the terms are set out in the contract.

7. Governing law & disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the establishment's registered office.
